First Aid for Parents

We offer evening and weekend classes for parents, guardians and carers to learn essential skills to keep their little ones safe and well.

Basic Life Support & Use of a Defibrillator

AEDs are now becoming more common throughout a range of public and work places. This very practical course will enable you to use an AED competently and with confidence.

Mini Medics - First Aid Training for All Ages

Mini Medics is a fun and practical course, aimed specifically at KS2 children to give them confidence in helping someone in the event of a medical emergency. 

Ofsted Compliant Paediatric First Aid

Whether you work in a early years environment, are a Foster Carer or are a Childminder, you need to know what do to if the worst happens. We train you to make sure that you can give the care needed.

3 Day FAW (First Aid at Work)

This comprehensive course covers a wide range of first aid emergencies, enabling all participants to deal with emergency situations with confidence in a prompt, safe and effective way.

About Impulse First Aid

Our mission is to ensure that everyone has the skills to save a life. We are passionate about teaching first aid, CPR and basic life support to all ages. We are a newly established First Aid Training company in West Sussex, run by experienced and qualified health care and emergency medicine professionals.

We specialise in the teaching of first aid to children, schools, parents and small businesses. Alongside our scheduled and onsite training, we run First Aid at Work, Basic Life Support and Paediatric First Aid courses in evenings and at weekends, so that you can qualify without it interrupting your work or daily routine.
